Touring in Kerry is probably best done from a base in Killarney.

One of the finest tours you can take is the Ring of Kerry. This is between a 6 – 8 hour tours giving you a nice leisurely day with as many stops as you like.
We leave Killarney heading west to Killorglin famous for its Puck Fair. Just outside Killorglin in The Kerry Bog Village with has been developed by John & Olive Mulvihill. It depicts a village in Ireland 150 years ago also here The Kerry Bog Pony is bred .

After Glenbeigh we pas some spectacular coast line views over the Atlantic ocean before reaching Cahirsiveen within easy reach  the town is Cahergal Stone Fort which was built about 600 BC and is intact today because of it 14th foot thick walls!!!Amazing
